Products that are used, damaged, or missing parts may not qualify for a full refund. Certain items, such as custom printed minifigures, may be final sale and not eligible for return.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as sending the wrong item or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. Tag Bricks is not responsible for packages lost in transit during the return process.
Processing Refunds
